Company Cowon introduced in portable media player V5. The gadget will go on sale in March and will be available in white, black and silver color. Player can play content in HD-resolution and output it to an external display with HDMI-port. Supports work with video formats AVI, WMV, ASF, MP4, MKV, MPG / MPEG, DAT, TS, TP, TRP, M2TS, and 3GP, audio MP3/2/1, WMA, OGG, WAV, ASF, FLAC, TTA, APE, MPC, and WV, as well as displaying images in JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF and RAW, and text documents.
Cowon V5 equipped with 4.8-inch touchscreen with 480 × 800 pixels, 8, 16 or 32 GB of memory, voice recorder, notepad, calculator and a set of games.
From a single charge the player is able to work out to 45 hours of music playback and up to 10 hours - when playing videos.
Works new running Windows CE 6.0 with a proprietary user interface Cowon.
