Waterproof watch-navigator

Garmin announced the Forerunner 110 waterproof watch, whose release is timed to the marathon in Paris, London and Boston. Chip clock has a built-GPS-navigator on a chip SiRFstarIV. The chip is able to determine distance covered, to calculate average and instantaneous speed racing. 

Also watch can store the data, which can then be treated at home on a PC program Garmin Connect, specially created for people looking for their own health. It provides an opportunity to collect data on training, analyze and plan further permissible and necessary exercise. 

Watch Garmin Forerunner 110 uses a proprietary technology Garmin Hot Fix, aimed at ensuring a stable connection, the navigator and his companions in a city with dense built-up or wooded areas. 

The gadget can also be used as a clock, with and under water. Also has a version of the device with a built-in meter pulse. To send the collected data (up to 200 hours of running) is used USB-connector. 

When the GPS Watches Garmin Forerunner 110 can work out up to 8 hours, and in power saving mode - up to 3,5 days. On the timing of marketing and cost models are not reported.
