Google announced the first Chrome-Laptops


Google I / O 2011, held this week in San Francisco, presented the first production notebook, works under the operating system Chrome OS.
Loading laptops, designed to work primarily with web applications and online services, only lasts 8 seconds. New items have Wi-Fi modules and 3G, supports current web standards and Adobe Flash.
Chrome-first devices will become Samsung Series 5 Chromebook and Acer Chromebook, which will go on sale in the U.S., Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain on June 15.
Samsung notebook is equipped with 12.1-inch display with 1280 × 800 pixels, dual-core Atom N550 (1,5 GHz) or N570 (1,66 GHz), card reader 4 in 1, web camera, Wi-Fi module , 3G-modem, two USB 2.0 ports and a connector D-Sub.
Autonomous model can work for 8.5 hours. Series 5 Chromebook with Wi-Fi module will cost $ 429, and the 3G-version - $ 500.
