TeXet Comapny released Multifunction GPS-navigator with built-in video recorder designed for motorists.
The company decided that it worthless, in addition to all kinds of pennants and a fur skipjack model on a car windshield heap all sorts of electronic device and developed a multifunctional device that replaces several appliances.
In a brand new teXet habitually called navigators. TN-511DVR and TN-515DVR equipped with touch screens with a resolution of 480x272 pixels and built-in GPS receivers, which together with pre-installed "Navitel Navigator 5" or «CityGuide 5" allows you to use them for navigation.
But in fact, the capabilities of these devices are much more widely - among other things, they are able to play file formats MP3, MPEG, MPG, ASF, WMV, AVI, JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG. In addition, they preinstalled software for reading electronic books, games, calculator, and a universal converter.
But that's not all. Perhaps for the first time, navigators got built-in cameras, which allows their use as automotive and video recorders. Video System TN -511DVR and TN-515DVR consists of the 1.3 megapixel camera with a matrix of 500 lux sensitivity and angles 75 degrees. Also in the recorder has a video input for rear view camera or a second video recorder (monitor mode). The camera allows you to shoot both still images, and to that format AVI c 640x480 30 frames / sec.
Importantly, the DVR is able to work in the background, regardless of the navigation functions, with the old video files will be overwritten in a continuous loop.
