ASUS has started selling its flagship Tablet PC Eee Slate EP121. In particular, the model is already available in the online store Amazon.
ASUS Eee Slate EP121 is based on dual-core Intel Core i5-470UM with low power consumption and clock speed of 1.33 GHz.
The device is equipped with 12.1-inch capacitive touch screen with 1280 × 800 pixels, allowing to enter data not only fingers, but using a digital pen.
The tablet is on board wireless modules Bluetooth 3.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, port Mini HDMI, card reader, a pair of USB connectors and a 2-megapixel webcam.
Version of the new items with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 64-gigabyte SSD-drive will cost $ 1,100. Modification with 2 GB of RAM and SSD of 32 GB will cost $ 999.
