While the IoT market is growing rapidly, it is pointed out that these technologies have significant energy problems. As the number of IoT nodes increases, the cloud server always consumes a huge amount of power, and the end node consumes a large amount of sensors and switches. This document describes a batteryless switch for energy harvesting (energy harvesting), which is a solution to solve the energy problems of such large-scale IoT systems.
